A new day begins and fledging draws ever closer. Star reaches day 40 today and Storm 35
An idyllic scene on the nest with both chicks preening.

Mayhem as Odin delivers a fish
all in a blurr - Odin delivers Fish :-)
oh my god, I have been away, visiting friends, for some days... and they are SO GROWN UP NOW
Cats and women will do as they please. Dogs and men should relax and get used to it.
Alex, just before Odin arrived with the fish I took this capture of just EJ and the GEMS.
Thanks to everyone for the overnight commentary and early morning pics and videos. Nice to see 2 fish already and the weather looks good at the moment. I think 4 fish a day is good at this stage so Odin is doing really well and EJ can fish if she thinks it is necessary. Star is definately ready to be ringed/tagged. Dont think Storm is quite there yet.
thanks for the capture Brenda. Isn't it fascinating - standing on the nest they look and behave so grown up, but when it comes to fish and feeding you still see chicks somehow :-)
Good morning EVERYONE - just got caught up with today's ''doings''. Lovely pics and great videos (as always SCYLLA). Wish I'd heard the red dear but my sleeping pattern is a bit Chaotic at the moment. Didn't wake until 9.30 am for crying out! )
Cirrus, you must need the sleep, otherwise you wouldn't sleep. You work late each night, it is a long day for you.
Hello Brenda :) I'm so thankful there's you and even earlier birds to take those snaps and post what's been happening.
EDIT isn't is good to see Storm doing some serious wingercising?

I wonder if s/he is going to be another one, who may leave early. S/he is progressing so fast now.
EDIT - Only just noticed that you said Storm. I should have said that Star may leave early.
