Hi folks, thought I'd start us off.
Not much to report but I managed to master posting videos on the Daily Update today.
Have packed my case, just got to do OH's today and pack the car up tonight ready for the early morning start on Monday.
Will have a lot to catch up on when I get back but hope all goes well with you all and thinking of you TerryM, OH, and the funeral this week.
Take care all, God Bless.

Morning all: Hey! Wimbledon LIVE on ESPN - brilliant. Djukovich vs Tsonga. have my first cuppa coffee and the sun is up. :-)
OH found Tesco’s low on stocks of most things – don’t think they have realised yet that our population almost doubles for the weekend of the Riding of the Marches, when offspring return hame! Anyway, he got most things on my list, and is now mowing. I am having a sit-down after washing up.
Tina - good to see you back – I trust parents had a good holiday and all went well with your dog and house-sitting for them. We had been told on LG Blog that we would be informed when tagging was to be, but it seemed to just happen yesterday evening about 6:30. Anyway, two seemingly healthy large chicks, one male, one female, successfully ringed and tagged – and I don’t think it will be too long before the next stage – fledging.
Joan – pleased you had a pleasant day out yesterday. I would say Gull is juv Black-headed - more typical colouring than mine earlier in the week. Can’t quite see the black belly I would expect, but I reckon the small wader is a Dunlin.
Alan – “your “ cygnets are looking good – still eight of them I see!
Now must get busy again!
Ospreys Rule OK, but Goldfinches come a close second!
Brilliant Tsonga vs Djokovic match!
Its amazing, isnt it Annette- but I'm torn in 3, trying to watch the webcam (fish just arrived!) and the TV, and clean the bathrooms ready for the weekend (Oh, and pass on phone messages to my OH!)....
-- just call me Miss Multitasker!!
Love Alans Swan parade!
A well-earnedwin for Djokovic though must say I was rooting for Tsonga. But - oh woe - doesn't look like they're showing the Nadal/Murray match live and fussy Auntie BBC won't share online! :-(
What a shame, Annette - they ought to show all of the semis! I was rooting for Tsonga too - what a smile he has! ;-)

OH had to go up the coast on business, so I went too ... we visited Nature Reserves and the coffee shop on the way back :-)) I took a few pics at Druridge Pools ... and am posting a couple of pics, not because they are good pics, but because I'd like some help with ID if possible! I think the first is a juvenile black-headed gull, but not sure ... the second I haven't a clue ... just a small wader to me :-) margobird ... so good to have you back :-) Sorry that Billie gave you the cold shoulder after the furball treatment! Sad to hear the news about your sister, but I hope you have a lovely family time together at the weekend. Glad you are feeling well enough to do a little housework ... but do take care. Linda - enjoy your weekend with your family .... and Sweetpea of course! Thanks to everyone for chat, pics etc Take care.

Hi Joan, you're correct with the juvenile Black-headed gull (slightly more juvenile than OG's!). The second one is a Common Sandpiper.

Thanks Sandy - I knew someone would tell me what the birds were! I'm afraid all those small waders look so similar to me. I have tried to study and memorize them ... but no success :-((
Joan - avid bird and nature watcher in Northumberland!
