Hi folks, thought I'd start us off.
Not much to report but I managed to master posting videos on the Daily Update today.
Have packed my case, just got to do OH's today and pack the car up tonight ready for the early morning start on Monday.
Will have a lot to catch up on when I get back but hope all goes well with you all and thinking of you TerryM, OH, and the funeral this week.
Take care all, God Bless.

Cirrus there does seem to have been some truth in it as the crew were forced to evacuate the space station because of some debris. Not sure where the debris came from though.
See story here.
Plenty of references here.

Cirrus just posted on weekly chat, bit of a miserable post though.

Thank you TIGER. But before I even look I know where the debris came from. It will be part of the millions of bits, pieces, and paint flakes that surround our planet . Google, I think. had an image of Earth surrounded by all the human junk . It was so depressing. One thing though. One look at it all and any aliens would give us a wide berth
Knew it :(
Just reading that very same article myself just before you posted Tiger. Synchronicity strikes again :)

Welcome back Margo!
So good to see you back Margo. What an awful time you have been having.
You really didn't need all the computer problems on top of that horrendous chest infection. Might be an idea to get a spare laptop, ideal for when things go wrong with the main PC. I have several :)
Brenda I have tried the radio/TV thing with rugby, but not with tennis - I have been watching rugby since we first had a family TV in about 1959 or 1960, and despite having a father, a brother and two nephews who have played I still wonder at times what is happening, and the radio is brill for explaining. It is an excellent idea for noisy tennis, particularly with the matches this afternoon! Somehow I don't see Andy beating Raffa tomorrow. But can Tsonga take one further step. That would be good if he could!
My dentist also went over to the Private Sector years ago, although I noticed when I last went that they were now accepting some NHS patients - I assume there may be an obligation to take on a limited number. I am DenPlan, althoug I think it may well be cheaper to pay privately, but have never dared make the break - just in case! So I make sure I keep up my 6-monthly check-ups and cleans!!
I went to London on Saturday (discovered the location of the Shard, the new building which I think when complete will be Britain's highest building. The Shard) to meet up with 18 old girls I went to school with in my last two years. It is always difficult moving schools and I did it several times at ages 6,10, 16, although I don't remember my first school at all. At age 6 I can remember one or two things which happened but not huge amount. At 10 it was to primary school for 9 months and then on to secondary. Then at 16 it was difficult leaving behind friends I had know at quite a formative time of my life. New friends were not easily made at 16, but a few were, and it is interesting each year to meet up with the larger group to listen to what they have made of their lives - some were high fliers, others weren't but successful in what they did, others spent their lives raising a family. But the one thing I find fascinating that despite the years the face I knew way back then was still familiar, and the characters don't alter.
On Tuesday I met up with four girls I knew when I was aged 10 to 16. We have met every year since we reached 50, only once a year but again it is surprising how the years are rolled back. This gathering was in Rutland and I even passed a sign to Rutland Water! Sadly there was not enough time to stop off. How I managed to do a round trip of 175 miles, picking up a friend a Letchworth en route, and managed to miss all that dreadful stormy weather I really don't know. A lot of flooding was reported on the local news in the evening. My water butt is still not full!!
I have really enjoyed looking at your holiday photos AQ. I am truly impressed with your stamina too.
Great to know that Margo is back with us and will return properly next week.
So, more tennis this afternoon. I am a trifle miffed about tomorrow though. Nice an experience as it is, I am not sure that a day at Henley is higher on my agenda than men's semis at Wimbledon!!! It's a dressy sort of occasion too, and I don't do dressy. Cannot even wear trousers - what!! I have to show my legs - well I don't because hemlines have to be below the knee. But I am not too sure that comfy flat sandals are quite the thing to wear with a smart dress, but what the heck!
Annette how is the fountain coming along? Glad the hammock is up and ready for use.
