Pretty conclusive I think.  Fish 4

Looking back on Sheila'as pic of Star , maybe she doesn't look as beautiful as Rothes there !  And my Google Earth has gone awol so currently cannot watch Rothes' progress north

Cirrus at the moment I don't have a favourite between the two.  They are developing such different characters, or perhaps it because of the difference in age.  Storm seems to be in need of reassurance all the time, either from EJ if she is on the nest, or snuggles up to bigger sibling if they are alone.  Perhaps the incident of being stuck on her back has had a short-term impact?  (Not sure I really mean that, but I know that a dunking in the River Ouse when I was 10 had a huge impact on my concern - rather than fear - of being in water).  Star is far more interested in exploring new things within the nest, copying EJ, and happenings off the nest.  EJ seems to be aware of its wanderings and appears to be building up the side with THAT stick, and that shows up now on the still camera with more sticks on the lhs.

I think you may be right about Storm but I also think personalities come in here i.e.    Confident Rothes and first hatched and just knew it         and accommodating and  somwhat timid Mallachie

When both Star and Storm are fully grown and feathered (at fledge) it will be really interesting to see how Storm develops.

I've just viewed your and Lindy's  STILL pics again and yes, EJ is really concerned now for building up that previously vulnerable side to the nest ready for Tweens about to leave home  and do all that wingercising   :)

Rain approx at  4 pm and again at 10 pm and let's hope not all the way inbetween and over night as well
