Can anyone offer any suggestions on how I can stop every post etc going into my e-mail box--I can't remember clicking on anything I shouldn't but since Monday I've been inundated !! I've tried clicking on every unsubscribe I can see but with no luck. I really would welcome some suggestions

click on your username in the top right of the screen, then click on the 'edit profile' button which is a bit below it but also on the right, then UNTICK the 'send notifications' check box which is under all the profile boxes but above the list of recent comments and finally click on 'save profile' which is in the same place as the 'edit profile' you previous clicked on
I think that the answer may lie here
Myself I never use e-mail notification as it is a real pain.
