Probably be some time before S and S start pulling flesh off a fish themselves. They need very strong beaks and neck muscles. They'll also need to be able to balance well. They have barely got to the stage of moving around on their 'ankles' and 'wrists' yet ....or is it 'elbows' and 'knees'? As usual they will progress far too quickly and we shall all be shedding tears when we wish them bon voyage. Oh dear! wish I hadn't said that!!
As always superb pics from everyone, many thanks. My MWSnap is still on strike!

Rachel - If you are using Windows 7 there's a snipping tool utility..... It can be found by clicking on the windows icon bottom left then choosing All Programs and then the folder Accessories. You will see Snipping Tool listed..... Hope this helps.

It's absolutely wonderful to see the chicks growing so fast, and to see EJ so obviously serene and contented. What I most love seeing right now, though, is just how well Odin is maturing into his role as parent. In retrospect, he was a very young and inexperienced parent the first year he paired up with EJ, and it's been a learning process for him ever since. Now, in the happy scenes we see before us on the nest, we see the results of this learning process. This year, I'm sure we'll see EJ go fishing only when she feels like it, not becasue she has to supplement the food supply. Well done, Odin!
Smiles, Jan.
Hello Everyone - hope you've all had a good day. I note 5 fish today
