Hi everyone :-)
It's a lovely calm night at LG tonight. I can even hear Mr Tawny Owl calling, followed by Mrs Tawny Owl :-)
Warning! This post contains atrocious spelling, and terrible grammar. Approach with extreme edginess.
I've got most of EJ's alarm calling on video and am now uploading it to YouTube - but how to embed it here? I've had no response to my wails yesterday :'(

Scylla
No time to stop but why not try the ''link'' icon here??
Hello to everyone.
scylla
When you're in your YouTube account on your video clip, click on share and copy that link (Ctrl + C). You have to select Use rich formatting first, and the best way to do it is type some text so that you can use one of the words to make into your link
Then when you have highlighted the word that you want to make your link, click on the chain, and paste your link (Ctrl +V) into the box (first delete the word you chose to type your link in or paste over it) then select Open in a new window.
Here is an example.
My YouTube video clip is Here

DELETED.
Apologies, I thought I could delete posts entirely.
Hi scylla
That isn't the Share link on your video clip. It doesn't work. You only need to left click on your Share tab and it highlights automatically
Looking at your video clip, Share is in blue underneath on the bar that also says Info Favourites etc.
It looks similar to this: http://youtu.be/MetXa3gjJ4k
You should be able to edit your previous post and put in the correct link
I'm trying the different links obtained via YouTube: Share>Embed>different options :-/
I found a previously-posted video and right-clicked and checked what link they had used, but the same one didn't work yesterday.
I'm pasting the link, highlighting it, then clicking on the Insert icon (which I hadn't noticed before). I am lost.
Changed the link, Woodpecker, but it's behaving the same as when I tried it yesterday. The Insert/EditLink on the Reply header doesn't become active - should it? - That's a mistake on my part, it did become active.
Just left click on share and then copy what's in the box. You don't need any options or embedding.
Right, you did it and you have the correct link now, but when you paste it into the Link box, you should select 'Open in a New window', or you lose your Daily Update Tab

I don't understand what you mean.
You can't paste any links in the ordinary Reply box. You have to click on Use rich formatting first.
I think it's worked now
