Hi everyone :-)
Thanks for all the brilliant updates, observations, pics, links etc. on yestarday's thread. Wonderful to see how quickly Star and Storm are growing. Thankfully the wind has subsided and I hope it stops bothering the LG Ospreys for the rest of the season.
EJ's awake at the moment, enjoying a good preen.

EJ has a wing stretch - they all look hot and tired.
They moved once I had pressed reply.. phew!
It is worrying, bettyboo - they are so mobile, these two already. It becomes apparent as to why EJ & Odin spent so much time building up the nest in the courtship stages.
Don't quite know what happened here but it looked like EJ had one of the chicks at the edge of the nest pinned down and had difficulty getting her leg away from it. All seems OK now and she is just standing on the nest sheilding the chicks from the sun.

EJ keeps looking up at something that has caught her attention, meanwhile Star has woken up.
Storm must be in the shadow of EJ as can only see Star moving about.
hope so.. I would feel much easier if I could see BOTH chicks again... so very near to the edge, those two
Cats and women will do as they please. Dogs and men should relax and get used to it.
ok, both there. mom on a short flight.
I must go out = happy watching!
