All alone in the wind (not for long, though).

Feeding time ... Star is climbing up the side to EJ again!

Why do we always feel for the little one at feeding time :-(

TIGER!  Thanks so much for the Flag video - I must show it to a friend who is as despairing as I was about Storm - whom I just managed to catch getting a few bites, so I can have a carefree nap now ;)  (Must go back and pick up that link the the Missing Egg Mystery >>> ).  Thanks again :-x

Pam. I agree.  In New York, NY  there is a fellow who goes daily into Central Park &  photographs PallMall & his mate who nest on a building across the street on Fifth Ave.  These incredibly beautiful photos are posted on website  with a few of his remarks - no other comments or postings.  One evening  the mate (Lola?) did not return. One could tell he was heartbroken, but there was no one on his website to share it with.  I felt so sorry for him.. 

 But here at LG we share our joys & fears, our hopes, expectations & worries (and we are a bunch of worriers, for sure!  Why else do we count the fish that are brought in and measure the bites each chick gets and yell when they get bigger & get too close to the rim?)  Then if something devestating does happen we are all here to cry together.  Makes a difference, doesn't it?

Certainly a whopper, Barbara Jean and boy did juvie take it off its parent quick sharp.
