Will remember to call them by their nicknames hopefully, until official names are chosen.

Thanks very much. Everyone seems very helpful and I love being able to have like minded "friends" to share the ospreys with.
Not quite sure why EJ is calling as there is a part eaten fish at the back of her.
EJ chirping ... Odin must be visible ... either with a fish, or she's telling him to go get one :-)
Wow I didn't see the left over fish . I thought they ate the whole thing. Thanks for the picture

Thanks so much for the reassurance. I know it really, but there is far too much anthropomorphism going on here, I really must take myself in hand - and actually I've been thru the same with the eagles so I should know better. But this is my first year with the birds - it is thrilling and heart-warming and heart-breaking all at the same time - and so interesting!
My avatar is a kestrel fledgling that landed on my bedroom windowsill a few years ago, we had them nesting in the side of the house several years running until crows predated and pigeons moved in.
Goodness me! EJ is piercing my eardrums ;D
IMAGICAT
The wind is getting stronger ... I hope that doesn't mean its going to start raining again.
The leftover fish has now been taken away by Odin ...maybe that was what she wanted, as she's gone quiet now!
