I have decided to start this thread for discussing technical issues that come up rather than messing up the other threads.
I guess the first issue seems to be pasting Word text into posting boxes.
Recently we have had three threads lockup up as a result of posts involving Word text.

Yes I know ...... but the GE globe ones do not, see below...hence the comment about the website link, as shown with jukka, but not with the LG globe item.

OOPs....the doorbell rang..........this is what I was on about.....no refresh on kml downloaded via pc .....then opened with GE program.......versus the 'add link' route which is more normal.
No refresh........

jsb, I did try the tour/flying with the birds...took a while though. I'll investigate it further.

You can speed it up, but I like the slow mode better.

Later I shall put all the kml links on here, unless someone beats me to it! Kinda busy at present, just dipping in, to catch up.
kml link source pages are as follows. (The links given on the source pages allow tracking of the ospreys on GE, set the refresh as desired, via right click, properties, then edit the refresh data)

Dyfi This one needs to be typed in. Apparently copy and paste does not work.
Rutland
Jukka This one is a download to the PC or laptop. Open the file with GE and it will be copied across automatically to GE and show on the My Places as the post above.
