Some advice on the new system

I am using it to record that I found the Chat/Thread locations fairly quickly tonight, but will have to work hard to get my own desktop favourites and icons to re-register to where I want them to point.  

Thanks to Tiger and RSPB techies for plenty of clues and advice about the new situation.  Hope lots of regular posters get to find the group again quickly.

Thank you Lindybird and Eagle-eye. By the way if you want to ensure you get back to a thread then make it a favourite. It then resides on your personal page and is easy to find.

It has been said already. I don't know how I got here, but I am here!!!! Thanks to the techie folk for getting the site back on early. doesn't often happen that way round.  Wondering where you live ROSIEMAC? I am Culloden so like you and Wendy within easy reach of LG. Got to take Dillon out now, wonder if I will manage to dodge the showers?

Good evening everyone.  Can't believe this site is up and running a day early.  Lovely to see quite a few members have made an appearance today. What a wonderful surprise.  Had a little browse around and all looks ok except I can't see how you would start a new thread.  Off to browse some more

Hi everyone! Just thought I would have another look to see if it was up and running yet. Was still down when I checked a couple of hours ago.

All very strange at the moment but hopefully we will get used to it soon.

Will nip back later as I am in the middle of a few jobs at present.
