EJ returns and Odin gives up the eggs without a fight :
Thanks for all the updates and pics everyone. Night cam switched on a few minutes ago.
Been busy today so not had a chance to come on. Just logged on and EJ was at the edge of the nest having a stretch and break, now she is sitting again. Will catch up on the days events.

Hi Annette, just catching up with days events as have been busy all day.
MVSwap -you bring it up then go to view. Click on all formats and bring up JPEG files then go back to snap and click on any rectangle area. As you go to snap you guide the cursor over the pic and that takes it but don't forget to save it on save as. then go back and open up, right click to cut and then paste into pics ready for uploading onto this site. It will ask permission to do so and you just click on the icon relating to it.
This is the example of what I took and transferred to pics ready to upload it to this site. Hope it doesn't sound too confusing.
Just caught up with all the posts and pics - they are great and thanks RtB for starting us off.
Hi Su, a fellow Lancastian although I left the county some 40 years back and now live in Northamptonshire. Do know where Clitheroe is as we use to visit a pub not far away at Christmas time called The Red Pump in the Hodder Valley. Off course The Trough of Bowland is a beautiful area. I am digressing but it is fantastic to have seen an osprey passing over.
All your pics are great and pleased to read that there have been at least 3 deliveries of FISH so well done Odin, keep it up my man!!!
Thanks to everyone for the great pictures and commentary. I was gone all day and just caught up on the days events. Looks like Odin is getting into practice for the days ahead by honing his super fishing skills !
He is a fantastic provider. Their chicks don't know how lucky they are to have him and EJ as parents .
Thanks again

Hi Lynette,
Great to hear from a fellow Lancastrian.Clitheroe is about 7 or 8 miles away from us and we try to get to it as often as possible. The sausage shop still sells the most delicious bangers! We live in Chipping near Longridge and pass the Red Pump quite often.Unfortunately I didn't see the osprey. It was a local birder who posted it on the ELOC site. However, we have seen the Bassenthwaite ospreys. Last August we watched the male fishing at dusk. It was magnificent...and he caught the fish!!!

I came on earlier, and found the eggs sitting alone in all their wonderful specklediness. Then EJ came back to claim them, so she can't have been far. Not too hot for them, today.
