Hey! Got here early tonight. Off to check previous day's viewing and other threads. EJ on nest. Ho hum.
Odin on the nest again.
I've had such trouble with logging on to the community forum. Thought lack of sound on the nest site and inability to get on this site maybe my fault so checked connections...all ok. But when I tried to get back on the whole thing went crazy. Reported fault---twice. Whole thing crashed and I have just now got back on. What a relief!!!
EJ back on nest. Didn't take long for her to eat that fish.
Just checked Perry and Gos. Seeing the nice tidy nest at Chichester made me smile. It won't stay like that for long after hatching. As usual it's blowing hard at New Forest.
The mind is like a parachute, it doesn't work if it's not open.
Wow ... Odin brought a small tree and then spotted an intruder ... he shot off the nest in pursuit. You could see him chasing it.

That intruder's being persistent. Odin just taken off after him/her. Wonder if there is an airial (sp) spat going on.
Hello quietwoman - we've all been having problems with the site ... and no sound. I couldn't get on at all today, by any means, until about mid-morning!
Odin looking very fierce at the moment, how dare anyone intrude on our nest. Thanks all for the pics.

Odin back on sentry duty
Oh ... he's off again!
Just tuned in again to find Odin on the nest as well. Understand there has been an intruder alert!
That's why they are looking like they are, and as I write Odin has just taken off again. EJ is trying to move that small tree that was delivered and the moss. Troublesome branch in the way.

BTW not had any trouble getting on at all.
All seems peaceful but weather looks a bit cloudy up there. EJ having a fidgit now and then.
I've just managed to get the web cam up. EJ is sitting on the nest, but looking interested with her piercing eyes. I wonder whether she can hear anything! (I can't) The nest is looking very comfy with all the moss and lichen gathering. And the green grass growing on the lhs beyond THE branch adds a nice bit of colour.
She is now watching something which has flown over, but she is not calling.
