Such a beautiful picture. Thank v much for sharing, Cirrus and Auntie. Cant think of a better way to start the day than to see EJ looking so content and so gorgous. Looks like its going to be a cracking day so am off to walk doggies. Thanks again

i saw it being laid...
i f you go back to the daily update on the 16th, there's a comment there from me about her eating grass, then one about her being uncomfortable, and then the egg...
Morning all ... thanks for posts and pics. A beautiful misty morning at LG ... lovely colours!
Cirrus - I, too saw the second egg being laid and posted a pic of EJ and the two eggs at 7.53p.m. on Saturday's Daily Update.

Very many thanks Pharazon - blowed if I can find an update for 16 th !! 17th April , yes, 15th April, yes, .My eyesight ! Anyway, you were really privileged there, very well done . How marvellous to actually see the egg being laid.
Cirrus - Saturday's Daily Update has the wrong date on it ... it says 17th and should be 16th ... I'm surprised nobody noticed at the time! No wonder you can't find it :-))
Carol - hello ! and thanks so much. Yes that's sorts me out. I can't find ''Your'' page so I do hope you read my thanks on the main Blog or here on Update. I shall update my stats now , although , like many others I do tend to reply JSB getting it right and producing the marvellous spread sheet she does.
The RSPB email had no link to your page (or mine !! )
So peaceful on the nest, today - no wind, and EJ looking her regal self.
Many Thanks to All for overnight pics and posts. Not surprised we have mixed up our dates - I never noticed, I was far too busy looking at the webcam!!!!
DJoan - bless you (she gives a wide grin)
Just popping before getting ready to go out.
Misty morning and the sun is trying to get through. EJ looks contented.
Snap - but what a lovely pic it makes with the morning mist.
