Things sounding a little breezy at LG, and just a few minutes go, EJ stood up to let me see both eggs for the first time :-)

It's taken so long to get here someone may have done it already, but if not EJ is standing on the east rim of the nest enjoying the evening sun. Still two eggs.

SheilaFE said: Thanks for that Lindybird. I've been having problems updating my pages this morning, but I had spotted the new blog. What I was going to highlight was the Team's official time of the egg laying "For those who have been glued to your computer screens you will know by now that the second egg has been laid (at last!!) At 19.49 (to be precise)"

yeah, it's wrong.. it was about 2pm yesterday
I have had huge probs with all threads and webcams to day, and was about to close everything down in frustration. However, when I checked the Carnyx page - a beautiful frozen picture. Not sure when, but I guess not too long ago.
I probably won't be back tonight. I hope everyone decides to go out tomorrow and let me have a bit more bandwidth!
odin just brought in a fish for ej
EJ returns and is gently chirping to Odin ... eventually he gets up and flies off, but he was in no hurry to give up the eggs!

Thanks Joan. I saw the fish delivery. I think that was the most reluctant that I have seen Odin this season. He really did make EJ wait before he moved off the eggs.
Thanks for all previous posts and pics.

Tiger, I remember that 'Title' so well and don't think I will ever forget. Such a memorable season too.
EJ sitting on the eggs, quietly chirping ... maybe Odin is visible somewhere!
I've been thinking about what I saw happening with EJ on the nest last night. She was definitely pushing, and quite strongly. I wonder now if she has to do this to start the process of producing the next egg? That would certainly explain what i saw, and would certainly put EJ in control of how many eggs she produces. Anybody have any thoughts on this?
