Lynette was watching her and thinking how contented she looked. Odin has just arrived no doubt hoping EJ will let him brood - as I typed that he flew off again. Love the way he keeps checking EJ is OK.

EJ has just settled back on the egg, and Odin flew off again - it was unattended for a few moments.

EJ was gently calling and in came her man. Now comunicating with each other. Odin wants to take over egg duty, EJ not so sure or it could be intruder alert - not sure.
Togetherness - was - now Odin has flown off.

Must go and get dinner on, back later on to catch up on the days events.
Just watched Odin tidy up the nest again, do a circuit of the nest and return to mate. EJ now alone.

Thanks very much for all the pictures and commentary of the days events. It was especailly wonderful to see Odin welcoming " his" new egg" ! I miss a lot of daytime events as they happen during our over night hours
I was so happy Auntie was there when EJ laid her egg to take screen shots of the event. I have a Mac and the programs most of you use will not work on a Mac. I have not yet found a Mac program to take screen shot pictures
