Here's to fantastic Friday for those fabulous Ospreys. All quiet at LG just now, apart from the wind.
Warning! This post contains atrocious spelling, and terrible grammar. Approach with extreme edginess.
Great run of pics Lynette she is very demanding at the moment.
Margobird
Heron he flew off and then returned to make a well timed landing on EJ. Hormones must be raging at LG.
AH, I see a couple of pieces of 'rusk' have come in for the kids to cut their teeth on.
Odin doing a serious amount of nestoration.
The minute Odin finishes mating, EJ wants more. I wonder if she is planning on laying 4 eggs this year? From what I understand 4 eggs are very rare but it has happened at other nests .
Odin certainly brings enough fish to feed 5
A while ago EJ was chirping to mate and Odin had his back to her. She turned and lowered her head to look at him as if to say , "Are you listening?" LOL
Formerly known as Barbara Jean
Afternoon Barbara Jean who knows perhaps there will be 4 eggs this year. So fascinating to watch though, lots of things I should be doing but as usual I am well and truly hooked.
"Now, where shall I put this shelf?"
Heron Odinis having a bit of trouble (as Michael Crawford would have said) with that huge branch. He keeps going back and trying to move it.
And Odin flies off. Soon to return with more furniture, or perhaps a fish.
Odin back to do more furniture arranging, and to contemplate his next move.
Love the Michael Crawford refference Margo. Now I just can't get the line: "Betty! I've been atriculated!" out my head. LOL
