Not had chance to properly look in for the last 3 days, only fleetingly, but gather mating is going apace and both have been on the nest again today.
Will try to catch up later now that OH is home from hospital.

Hi everyone.Thanks for all the updates, excellent pics, fantastic links, over the past couple of days. Absolutely wonderful to see that Odin has stepped into his role with such expertise. Not even viscious winds can stop a Super Osprey.I hope the rough weather in Speyside just now means that things will clear up so the weather becomes more hospitable for the egg laying and hatching part of the season. If required, feel free to swear at the weather ;-)Just looked at SheilaFE,s link for the Boat of Garten wind speeds. Things do look quite rough. Can't believe some of the gust speeds for this week. And I thought Cumbernauld was windy! ;-)Paul.
