Happy watching all must go now, prepare dinner and sort out for going out tonight. May EJ and her nest stay safe in this relentless wind.

Well, here she is Tiger, and yes, I'm beginning to see what you mean.
This is Mallachie - middle chick of 2009 for those of you who do not recognise her.
Well, here she is - and This is EJ 2011
Poor EJ is having a bad time with those sticks ... one of them keeps blowing and hitting her ... she's getting cross!!

Dratted stick ......... or is it dratted wind !!
Hi all
At the moment EJ seems to be wrestling with half a tree that she has placed in front of the camera.
It bounced and knocked her over at one point.
Best wishes Chris

Yes I was about in 2009 and I too adored Mallachie but Rothes was a 'looker'. I was hooked then and still am and have been quite impatient for March to arrive. It would be wonderful to see the threesome again one day.
I'm off to the Hawk Conservancy in Hampshire this weekend for the day my son paid for me to spend the day there and also to attend a weekend falconery course in the summer.
Can't wait, birds of prey have always been my 'thing'.
Snap Djoan and Woodpecker !!
Oh, Bocelli - do have a great time - I'll be thinking of you. And wonderful to be going on a course to handle Falcons.
bocelli - what a great weekend you will have! Mallachie was always my favourite too.
