a windswept EJ
Thanks Lynette. EJ is still standing in the same place now. I wonder if she expects Odin from that direction!

EJ in the rain - guess she won't stay around long - but she's scanning the horizons for Odin
Rain and windswept - yes Lynette. Wonder where she goes at night Sheila.
EJ doing a spot of nestoration (love that word BTW) and occassionally looking at the sky, waiting for Odin to arrive.
Lovely capture Cirrus of EJ in the rain, can see the rain drops on her. I suppose she is used to having all sorts of weather thrown at her. Could be worse it might have been snow as it was last year.

Thanks to all for pics and updates during my break to cook dinner. EJ back on nest in the gathering gloom and still waiting patiently for her mate to arrive. As I typed that she has left the nest realising that Odin is not going to turn up tonight.
EJ back again with a small stick.
Just past 7.50 and EJ still on nest after doing a bit of late housework. Still scanning the skies and I wonder if she will stay on tne nest tonight as it is getting quite dark there now.
