Evening all - well it's 5:30 p.m. here. I have to go out for a few hours tonight so am kicking things off now.
Cirrus: Your last entry on the previous update asked about supper for the birds. Someone else on Facebook asked but there's no record of one.
Back in a bit.
Hi Cirrus
Could be wrong but looking at GE yesterday look like Mallachie had been to Loch Alvie.
Garten, calling and waiting for food, typical!! 6:30pm.
If nothing goes right, go left! :-)
The page took so long to load I've entirely forgotten what it is I want to say. Heaves a sigh. However, since I've just had a notification from Snowbird I'd like to respond to that.
I'm looking at GE Snowbird but I can't find Loch Alvie, only Loch Garten and Loch Mallachie. In which direction to I search please? This is really interesting.
She looks so lonely!! Don't know whether to laugh or be sad.
She is really calling out. I wonder if Odin or EJ is eating on the camera tree.
I have guessed that is Mallachie but I am hopeless at telling who is who!!
Still can't access the new blog to comment despite a re-start so restricted to Daily Update.
Three on the nest. Oh bliss. But for how much longer
Wrote to you a few minutes ago, Cirrus, to say never mind, we all thanked Richard on behalf of all of us.
Don't know if its my PC or the RSPB site, but I got cut off somewhere and had to start again.
Glad Rothes is resting and hopefully, eating, too.
nnnnn Two on the nest :( but there were three, honest
Thank you everyone for the brilliant photos today. I have managed to save some of them - Grandson told me what to do! Oh dear!
Great news about Rothes - I know Nethy rested up in the south last year for quite a long time. I am sure EJ will soon be on her way confident that the girls will be looking after themselves. Maybe she is making life too easy for her chicks?
