Full house at Seili in Finland:
Caerlaverock update:
www.wwt.org.uk/.../chicks-growing-fast-basking-in-sunshine
Four chicks in Hailuoto and at the moment all doing well, getting their share of fish. Keep your fingers crossed that Nemo and Kemo will manage to raise 4 (!!) young ospreys this season.
All going well at Dyfi, too ... only slight differences about who is the one breeding the chicks :-)
Cats and women will do as they please. Dogs and men should relax and get used to it.
'Dangerous' fish at Dyfi:
Alan That is an amazing video.

My heart was in my mouth watching that, I was afraid one the chicks might be flipped out of the nest, or bitten badlly. Phew. Many thanks Alan.
well it's not exactly "News from other nests", but I just wanted to share this link I discovered (perhaps already known to everybody except me? if so, forget this posting :-) )
it's a finnish cam of a small lake with six Osprey nests (?) nearby, where you may see the ospreys catch fish, if I understood it correctly. I did not manage to see one yet, but I'll keep on trying :-)
