Bit fuzzy but M just showing off carrying brown trout with 1 foot!
One Life - Live It!!
Val, M looks a magnificent bird. I aiways marvel at how these osprey can catch their fish, rise out of the water, straighten the fish and then carry it back. I should think that part of your tiredness is not only physical but also mental, with all the worry you have had this year. I do admire your devotion to your birds and wish you could find more help.
Val. Fantastic shots,many thanks.
Here is latest from the 'Goshawks' live web cam, they have really grown in the last 7 days.
This was a food delivery, yesterday.
They say chick #4 has hatched in Hailuoto early this am - I haven't seen it yet hence no pic :)
But here is #1 in Seili/Nauvo. I'm so glad there is a hatch, 'cause this pair are probably first-timers and the eggs have been alone in the nest for long period of times

Kate - great pics of the Goshawks - thanks so much.
Valmc and Auntie , fabulous pics - how skillful you are with a camera. So pleased your nests are doing well.
What dedication Valmc - I hope you take a big long rest at the end of the season . You need more volunteers and I hope others are inspired to join you.
So enjoyed the videos Alan
Thanks Auntie. Great news at both nests.
Latest video from Dyfi. Hard to believe LG chicks looked like that only a few weeks ago!

Valmc - Absolutely fantastic pictures and your dedication. Greetings from Tsavo East which I visited yesterday and am sure you know well on weekend off from Mombasa Refinery. Back to Aberdeenshire next week to continue Osprey Watching.
Fascinating news from Hailuoto. At least they do not have to worry about it getting dark there now. They have light 24/7.
Pic from Osprey nest forum.
After the trauma of 2009 it is indeed great news.
