It states you can't reuse anything at all without permission, full stop.
ChloeB & Tiger's Osprey Data
Chloe: I'm sorry if my last post seemed a bit presumptuous. The point you make is totally correct. Having looked at a website on Copywrite Law, I realise now that the best policy is if in any doubt get permission. http://www.copyrightservice.co.uk/. Soon the talk on this thread will be of Ospreys and other wildlife that brings us all lots of pleasure.Regards.Paul.
Warning! This post contains atrocious spelling, and terrible grammar. Approach with extreme edginess.
It will be interesting to see if other forums such as the Finland forum use screenshots and youtube clips from the cam. I remember there was a problem with the Hailuoto cam and we had to put a copywright message on our screenshots. I dont think it will do them any favours if they enforce the copywright law after all it is free publicity for them.
The Derby Cathedral Project even provides viewers with screen printing help:

Thanks but no need to apologise Paul, you didn't sound presumptuous at all :)

That is exactly how I see it. The fact that they have put it on the LOTL cam page kind of suggests that they are referring to captures or videos.
Captures have always been a grey area as it has never been clear as to whether the copyright belongs to the people who operate the webcam or the person who does the capture.
The only people who have gone down this road before, to my knowledge, is Hailuoto. Then they relaxed the rules a bit last year.
It will be interesting to see what exactly SWT says when someone asks for a licence.
Tiger Signature
HiWebcam 1 is back on :-) I can't wait to see the Osprey cam.Like many others I'm wondering if the Lady of the Loch will come back for another breeding season. Even if she doesn't I wonder if one of her older children will claim the nest. Lady Marge has done amazing things for the Osprey population.
Paul.
Yes, so am I Paul. Also been reading their recent blogs and they have decided to stop public like us from blogging as it got too much on the management side and it is a conservation charity. Shame but understandable.
Do hope we have the Daily Update for LG carrying on - I'm sure we will.

Meantime cam 1 is dud, but cam 2 has a video fuzzy picture of the loch, which looks still but is moving. Possibly geese or ducks on the water.

I have just had both cams on, one of the loch and the other of the bird feeder.Do hope we can keep this thread going for the 2011 season for the LOtL site due to blog from members being discontinued. Thanks Alan for starting it - here's to a great season!!!!!!!
Personally, I would think as long as we show the logo etc and only keep it for this blog and not for personal use I can't see why we can't put pics up - does anyone else think different.
I have written an email asking if it would be permissable to post pics snapped at LOtL to our RSPB site here.
Am awaiting a reply and will let you know what is the outcome! Let us hope they will give permission.
