I am not sure if we should have separate threads for Rothes and Mallachie. If people feel we should the best start them right away.
The first data has been published on Google Earth and immediately it is amazing how much further Rothes has flown that Mallachie.

My thanks also for the screen shots ChloeB. Computer wise I am not up to the standard some of the bloggers are.
Margobird
Mallachie's latest position is over the middle of Birmingham.

Carol hope she departs this area quickly tomorrow as the bad weather we have in Dorset is moving that way tomorrow.
Thank you Carol, Linda and Margobird.
Like many things, it's quite easy once you know how :)
ChloeB & Tiger's Osprey Data
I am very happy the migrations seems to be going well. But, I selfishly really miss not being able to see them. :(

GE has been updated. If you follow Mallachie's line of flight down to south west she would hit the River Severn in the Worcester area and we know from other websites that ospreys are regularly spotted in the area. Also she is flying almost exactly along the route Nethy took last year through the Midlands!
Don't think you are selfish at all Barbara Jean I miss them more than words can say. The empty nest really tugs at my heart strings.
New blog from Richard. Mallachie made it into Worcestershire last night to roost
Has anyone else noticed that despite adding 'flags' at each section of Mallachie's journey - (which I thought was supposed to start each 'fly with' tour from the last flag )- the fly tour always go back to LG?
Is there something else I should be doing? Or do we simply always have to start at the beginning?
GE now updated. Mallachie preparing her jailbreak. Over the wall should be no problem
