Unknown said: Diane – that is so good to know that your Hawk has survived, and apparently wanted to let you know he was there! Is there a thaw yet? I hope you have been able to get out for fresh supplies – but don’t be catching the flu while you are in town!
Hi, OG. We have freakishly warm temps forecast for next week, so all the ice should be gone very soon. I walked up to the convenience store on the highway and got a few groceries, so I'm just going to wait for the real thaw. Then I need to get a new battery put in my car, have the tires checked, and get groceries and supplies. I'm really relieved that the ice will be gone. Our roads have been cleared, but my driveway lane is still a mess.
Did you have a latte this morning? Dang, I need some vanilla latte mix. Are hostas easy to grow? I thought about planting some this spring. I have absolutely no luck with growing plants. They look at me and promptly die, even if I talk to them kindly. But I heard that hostas were very hearty. Hope your muscles don't hurt tonight. Take a long hot bath or shower.
OG It was, indeed, Fly who, at nearly 10, should know better!
