HAPPY NEW WEEK and HAPPY MAY!
I hope everyone has a good week.
Folks in my area are excited because the Ruby-Throated Hummingbirds are arriving back from migration. Everyone is cleaning their feeders and preparing the birds' food. They are revered here.
My neighbor saw the old patriarch White-Tailed Deer buck in the woods. He said the old fella was turning grey. I hadn't seen him for awhile. I think the noisy music and motorcycles at the Pub bother him, so he's staying deeper in the forest.
Love and hugs to you all!
Rosy - I am so sorry to hear about your OH. These things are so easily done. Sadly, tales of the horrors A&E just continue. Is he still in hospital? I do hope he makes a good recovery.
Just popping in. Have read news about broken hips (not good!) and rogue vacuum cleaners and have admired lovely rhododendrons. Like Rusty, I also stalled in the cleaning department; vacuum cleaner has been parked in the living room for several days now. At least I've cleared the surfaces (three days ago!) to start dusting, but fear it may wait until tomorrrow....
Rosy, so sorry to hear about your OH's fall. Easily done. I'm sure you'll remember your stay in A&E for a long time.....
Dry here but cloudy again. I'm debating with myself about starting to read a new book as once I start, things don't all get done! I've got about a years worth of RSPB Magazines to read as I do find them interesting, but don't sit down with one very often. I must get a grip.
