In view of our new (temporary, hopefully) system's practice of hiding posts, we must memorialise dear Trevor more prominently.
Trevor took this snap on the 29th of September last:
.
His last snap was of a baby fox on the Polish forest feeder, which he loved to watch in the absence of Ospreys.
It's hard to believe that less than 3 weeks ago Trevor let us know of his fateful diagnosis, and then daughter Kirsty superpud joined LG Forums to keep us up-to-date - thank you, Kirsty x
As I remember, Trevor took a bit of encouraging to feel free to join in and post rather than lurk - it was well worth the effort on our part, as we benefited hugely from his early-morning and later reports of fish and other events - and some of us *wink* benefited massively from his "little birdie" knowledge and recognition skills.
He could be cruel, tho, see what he posted under another Crestie snap of his:
""" Trevor said:
If you don't know what they are, Tuff! """
The bride and father on Kirsty's wedding day:
Rest in peace, Trevor

(I know that several members have responded to Kirsty's sad news under her post, I expect you will understand the necessity for this new thread.)

Yes, well done Scylla and thank you . I shall miss Trevor as I still miss Mike and Patily
I am sorry to hear this. Sadly I never knew Trevor and now I never will.
My condolences to Kirsty and the family.
I do hope that Kirsty will remain with us.

So pleased you thought to post this very sad news again Scylla as all our tributes were lost in the conglomeration of out of order posts in the original thread due to this new system inflicted upon us!
I join with you and others in sending condolences to Kirsty and family ... it was indeed a very short time from diagnosis to Trevor's passing but hope that this meant less suffering for all ... sorry too that Trevor didn't get to see LG's first Osprey of this season ... he will be remembered very fondly.
