My goodness, the numbers are really increasing now, presumably as their thoughts turn to heading south, and the influx of youngsters in the air.
I came across two reports of note on the Stanford Ringing Group for 17 July 2024.
30 July 2024: Blue T3(16) hatched RW. Stanford Reservoir Northamptonshire. It (?he) was also seen on 8 June 2021 at/from Welford Road lay-by Hollowell, Northants
and on 17 July 2024 Blue 3AY
I've got a 2021 osprey, 3AX, another RW hatch, but nothing on 3AY. I guess they may be siblings? Does anyone have any further info?
They appear to regularly have reports of sightings of osprey at their reservoir.

Thanks Sheila
3AY is probably 2018 RW bird
Thank you Alan. There are so many 'unknown Rutland osprey flying around these days. Proof that translocation works, and other projects are similarly successful both here and elsewhere in Europe. Has there been any report of Yellow 30(05)f returning this year. She is one iconic female who is often forgotten.
i have no recent info on 30(05)
