Hallo all. Hasn't stopped raining here all day - two more days of it - BUT the weather in the UK has been making headlines on the radio and telly! Will catch up with chat later.
First and foremost, MARGOBIRD - just read your post about your sister. My thoughts and prayers are with you at this time and I will say a prayer tonight when I am church for our Midnight Communion Service. Do hope that she and all the family will come through the ordeal and that they can treat the tumour reasonably well. Try and stay positive.

Finished off getting the preparations done for tomorrow - off to Church later for our Midnight Communion Service - I always find it a great experience coming out of church on Christmas morning and being able to wish everyone a Happy Christmas.

10.45 am Christmas morn. Everything (I hope) is peeled, whipped, whatever. Just now a brief lull before the storm!! Santa delivering in Iceland just a moment ago. Only going to be 32 C max today. Perth WA expecting 38 C and humid (yikes), while Queensland has a cyclone & winds & floods. And the northerners are feeezing. Thanks for C-mas morn greetings.

I hope now to be able to attach a view of Ben Nevis taken from my Conservatory about 2 weeks ago, it has even more snow covering just now.
Just emptied dishwasher, put cleaned pots and pans away, sorted out bedding/pillows for everyone and about to fall into bed after nice day. Granddaughter arrived safely; grandson showed up with very nice gifts and is staying the night (a surprise since he always seems to have other places to go); Oro here too - granddaughter and I just took him for a nice walk. I can hear daughter and granddaughter laughing in another room; grandson is playing on OH's computer, OH and I creeping off to bed. Tomorrow will be seriously lazy, with family leaving for daughter's house after lunch.
