Hallo all. Hasn't stopped raining here all day - two more days of it - BUT the weather in the UK has been making headlines on the radio and telly! Will catch up with chat later.
Brenda H it is a heartbreaking time but I am so grateful for your support, thoughts and hugs.
Margobird
Thanks Lindybird I am trying to carry on but it is so hard. Without the support of OH and all the wonderful friends I have made here, it would be even worse. Taking me so long to do things but did put all the presents under the tree this morning and will prepare vegetables for tommorrow later. Hugs to you as well. Lots of birthday cards arrived in the post this morning but as you say it will be the last thing on my mind. Will be going to my other sister for the afternoon and evening and little Rhys will be there to give us some of his smiles and giggles.
Have a wonderful Christmas and New Year xxx

Thanks ChloeB for the lovely Christmas card. My best wishes to you for Christmas and the New Year.
Thank you Margo, I am so sorry to read about your sister. My heart goes out to her and to you and your family. Sending you a huge hug and best wishes for your birthday xxxxx
As requested, Hamish with coat. Took this quickly as it is starting to snow again:
Great picture of Hamish Alan. What a warm looking coat.
Diane - Hi, unfortunately didn't see the lunar eclipse as it was cloudy but would not have got a very good view as the moon was setting for us anyway. Glad you got a good view from the US.
Alan lovely pic of Hamish in his coat, very smart. I notice a bowl of food, did you have to bribe him with this.
Sorry you are getting more snow but I hope you and Lady P will have a Happy Christmas and I wish you all you wish yourselves for the New Year.
Thanks ChloeB for the hug and birthday wishes.
Margo : No need to bribe him. He gets 2 feeds per day and it just so happened he was eating.
