The family of 5 for a couple of days. Bob 3, RIP, in between #1 and #2
Four weeks later, our two thriving youngsters, #1 and #2 (36 and 34 days as at 01/07/23)

Oh that’s great news AG thanks. They will be 42 and 40 days old then so should be a good weight!
The weather must be forecast for good on Friday I guess.

Well that fish was eaten in record time! I thought it looked a not bad size too!

21.05 LM6 eats the last piece.
Thursday 6 July
Good morning It was rather a wet and soggy night last night. LJ2 was on the nest perch until 22.46 when he decided to leave and never returned to his usual roost all night.
Still raining in the morning
LJ2 first arrived at the preening perch at 03,50 and has been on and off a few times.
LM6 pops by with some nesting material en route to the nest at 07.23.
The chicks look dried off
07.23 LM6 collected a wee stick before returning from the preening perch.
Current scene at 08.38, dull and windy.
Hopefully LJ2 is fishing.
And he was! LJ2 arrives with a fresh fish at 09.13
09.20 One chick withdraws from the feed
The other feeds some more then withdraws at 09.33
09.39 LM6 eats some more then entices a chick to eat more too
09.44 LM6 shakes the fish off her talons
She then feaks her beak against some sticks. And tidies up some scraps.
10.30 LM6 starts eating the fish again. The chicks weren’t interested.
10.42 And down goes the tail.
