Laddie had a record breaking fish day on the 15th June, when he brought ELEVEN of them to the nest for NC0 and the chicks to dine on - amazing!
As the two chicks grew, it was clearly obvious - with the difference in size - that #1 was a female and #2 a male, this being confirmed at their ringing on the 22nd June.
NC0 began fishing for the first time this season on the 30th June, with TWO successful catches in one day. Hopefully, both she and Laddie will continue to bring plenty of fish for their growing youngsters to enjoy in a now, harmonious manner.

NC0 gave her feathers a good shake before commencing a feed with PF5
PF5 had a wonderful private feed. PF4 stepped up to be fed at 17:34

At 17:50, PF4 walked away from NC0. She found a piece of fish close to Laddie's delivery and ate it
She then went back to NC0 for a few more bites
17:57 PF4's wings. NC0 was eating for herself
18:32 NC0 was having a break from eating. PF4 went over to Laddie's fish
18:34 She didn't really do much with it. PF4 then watched as PF5 (behind NC0) received a second feed from this fish
18:42 PF5 still being fed (the raindrop on the cam is getting in the way!)
18:53 PF5 had eaten enough

Richard B
It really is Richard! Was it a salmon or a trout that NC0 delivered?
19:35 Almost 2 and 3 quarter hours since NC0 brought the fish to the nest
19:46 Laddie with a tiddler!
NC0 was shouting, warning him off from the two fish on the nest or saying, " And what do you call that?" lol
He flew off with his own delivery
PF4 getting topped up, 20:00
20:02 That didn't last long! PF4 decided her eyes were too big for her crop!
20:18 PF5 exercised his wings
20:20 NC0 found Laddie's earlier delivery and placed it under her left talons. Of course, her own fish was under her right ones
20:25 Oh NC0, you're just wonderful!
