LINDY..so sorry to read of your mishap, bless you. Do hope you can ease the shock and will not be too stiff tomorrow.

Wish I could offer you some 'Rescue Remedy', and rub the bruises with' Arnica' as well as, take, internally, that really does seem to always assist me and the family.

Oh Lindy! Hope the fall leaves no lasting damage, Please take it easy for awhile. The older we get, the harder we fall!

Lindybird: You'll likely feel it more in the next day or so. I was reading an article in a magazine recently that was written by a stunt man explaining the 'best' way to fall. He had several suggestions depending on whether you fell forward, backward or sideways. A few days later, I was walking Pearl in the park jand stepped into an old gopher hole that was hidden by lush new grass. Found myself on the ground (no real damage other than a mild sprain) and when I'd got up and organized myself, wondered who on earth would have time to decide how to fall when it happens so quickly. Oh wait, a trained stuntman.

LINDY!!! My friend what have you done? That was a nasty fall. I'm glad you didn't bump your head. I'm also glad it doesn't appear that you've broken anything. I hope you will heal quickly and not be too sore. I'll bet you were scared. Sending you healing.

Bjane: I hope you are breathing okay. I saw photos of Iowa that were ghastly. If I recall correctly, you have air conditioning. Stay indoors.

For those who don't know: Dangerous air quality and low visibility have once again settled on the Midwest due to the vast Canadian wildfires. Chicago had the worst air quality on earth today. Parts of Indiana reached Code Purple. Air quality in my own area was at 212 today. Which is "very unhealthy for all people." That's why I was worried about bjane.
