All going well so far. Harry is a prolific fisher and is averaging about 7-8 fish a day.
21.40 A small fish from Harry, he’s not brought in any of notable size today.
Flora immediately shouts for more fish as soon as this one is finished.
Saturday 17 June
Beautiful sky as the sun rises early this morning.
Flora has been waiting on her early morning fish which hasn’t yet arrived.
Harry visits the nest. Both Flora and one of the chicks are calling loudly for fish.
Harry visits again at 06.07. Flora gives him an earful again.Flora has frequently been leaving the nest. Is she looking for Harry? She always returns with small sticks and nesting material.
At 08.07 Flora has been calling loudly for over a minute.
She decides to leave.
She didn’t return for over 20 minutes. 08.29
The scene on the nest just now. Preening in between calling.
12.11 At last the fish have started coming. All on the small side but better than nothing.
12.51 Flora brings in a sack?!!
Next fish at 13.1115.14 Third fish arrives
15.28 Number Four
16.14 Number Five
Glad to see Harry back in the groove!
20.26 tiny fish brought to the nest. The chicks get up with a stretch ready for a feed.
That was about a 4 minute feed with one chick getting the majority.
Flora called for more.
Another fish arrived at 21.36.
Of recent, the fish have all been on the small side. Perhaps something to do with the weather conditions.
This was another quick feed around 5 minutes.
Sunday 18 June
At last, a good meaty fish for the chicks to enjoy, a nice trout.
04.55
These chicks are developing well, tricky telling them apart these days.
More fish deliveries this morning. 08.52

Monday 19 June
What a terrible night of wind and rain. Poor Flora did her very best to shelter her 3 large chicks.
06.19 Harry arrived with a small fish and Flora wasn’t even up on her feet when it arrived!
Harry looks quite dry next to Flora.
Only 2 chicks came over to feed, I suspect #3 held back thinking it wouldn’t get much anyway.
As soon as the last piece was eaten, Flora called for more.
All huddled in again
