HEATHER: My opinion is that every employer should pay a living wage. If they can't pay a wage high enough to cover living expenses, they shouldn't be hiring people.
And multibillion-dollar corporations should be forced to pay a living wage and stop exploiting workers. Right now, the money goes to CEOs and shareholders while our workers suffer.
Every worker deserves a living wage and a job with dignity.
