As this thread is pinned, I don't feel guilty about posting on it.
The sad fact is, I did the survey without brain engaged and have since thought of techie-type points I should have made - like, for the sake of a more tidy forum, and one which is as unintrusive as possible on the non-Osprey forums, we need someone with the authority to pin, move or delete a thread. Maybe if anyone here thinks it's a good idea they could include it in their responses.
However, I can't see the day when they have the resources to appoint a new mod, so...
