After a start/stoppy kinda season, we now have settled couple "URM" (until LG give him a name) and Asha, or Mistle as some would prefer.
Asha is the proud parent of 2 eggs, the father of which being dubious but probably URM, as we hardly saw NN2 (for whom we wish all the best elsewhere) be accepted by Asha.
URM and Asha are similarly marked but distinguishable by certain differences which I may slot in here but I've lost them for the time being.
Asha (R) is looking rather small in this snap because she's crestfallen due to no supper:
Because Asha did so much work on the nest before she had a partner, there hasn't been a lot for URM to do - but he has quite frequently brought in nest material - and his fish provisions have been regular and willingly handed over. He's a promising Osprey dad so far.

Phew!!! Was almost afraid to look at this thread!

so happy to see this! Not the biggest offering but I'm not complaining

Asha had a less intrusive visitor coming up to noon (but who knows how far away it was, wot wiv perspective an' all). When it caught my eye I thought it was a dried leaf, on the end of one of Asha's sticks, then a deer, then I plonked for a somewhat variegated fox:
Nothing will come between Asha and her beloved sticks:
From the above stick delivery to the rather more welcome FISH - then Brodie had to discourage an unseen intruder, no fisticuffs involved:
As darkness falls, Asha looks peaceful on the nest.

Brodie just arrived, Asha flew.
I know just how you feel, AILIE!

We won't dwell on how much time has been wasted on a hiding to nothing syncing the sound just so we can see where Asha spent her break... suffice to say I'm going to have to crash out now. (Is that '60s slang?)
It turned out there was a cam refresh in the midst of it which mean the out-of-syncness wasn't the same all the way thru
The PTZ has been zoomed on Asha but 99% of the time she's insisted on gracing us with the back of her head !!!
We all know how Asha loves her sticks. Well, this is what she has just taken back, a tree! She was all over the nest with it, between the wind and the size, what a time she had. I hope the eggs are okay?
I hope she is happy with its position now!!
Beauty is in the eye of the beholder.
