Continued from Manton Bay March/April 2023

The season so far: Blue 33(11) returned March 16 @ 12:58 and Maya on March 19 @ 06:54. Maya has laid four eggs on Apr 4 @ 15:52, April 7 @ 09:04, April 10 @ 07:03 and April 13 @ 08:08. The first egg is expected to hatch around 12 May.

He did it again..It's 33 stick day, bringing a lot of them again.But this one is a troublesome one.. and he gets stuck on top of it.. then carefull with the eggs 33!!

I was a bit afraid when maya brought a whole bale of hay yesterday.. (and 33 was a bit scared too from this picture) Fortunately she dropped it on the other side:

Today is Day 34 incubating. Tomorrow, Day 35 the window opens and although 37 days seems to be the most common, in the past the first egg here has usually hatched around 39 days. We'll see - only a few more days to wait !!
