.News from Other Nests 2022
First, a fantastic resource for international cams given to us by LISA K last year:
Nature Chat
Last season we included Tweed Valley (cam not yet up), Alyth and others that I can't bring to mind right now. Let's see how this season goes before deciding which cams may now require their own thread.

Thank you, Glider. I did this video this morning but only just got around to uploading it:
In view of the huge pressure of cams this season, I shall not be following this one!

Re the Leighton Moss Osprey platform, like the video you did Scylla, I watched it for parts of the day and the camera is set on a constant loop. It pans around the nest area and names particular spots. I don’t know if any Osprey will turn up, but for anyone who enjoys watching a collection of birds, you might like to see gbb gulls and cormorants in close up and other birds a bit further out. There’s always something to spot, even sheep in the distance!
Great shot of the Cormorant Tree, GLIDER - it was empty when I passed thru yesterday.

It only had 3 cormorants on it the first time I looked but later in the evening it was filling up!
News from Threave Castle. There are two ospreys on the nest. It may be Black80 they think, who arrived on 17/03/23 and the female who just arrived today. She’s certainly fish calling!

Thanks Glider, great to see them! It would be wonderful to get confirmation that it is definitely Black 80 (son of Mrs G and Orange 11(98)) - he's 17 years old this year!
