After the tragedy of 2021, the 2022 Season was a great success, with 3 beautiful youngsters fledging and migrating - Blue 497, 498 and 499 (courtesy of Glider):
Here's to the safe return of our precious pair, MrsG (thank you MaryGK for the original snap) and Aran:

Today, this year's indispensable volunteers gathered to give us a Group Wave, and I thought we should pay tribute to them here:
(How sparse this seems for a season OP - but it's all I've got to give. I think we need the new thread sooner rather than later, being mindful of the likelihood of Dovey Devils and/or Clywedog Kids swooping in )
IMAGICAT
They've corrected Aeron's age :)))
The cam's been sporadic so I've switched it off and will have to miss any landings. Mind you, I don't think any self-respecting Osprey will be attracted to this nest with its quite active puddle! Unless they fancy a bath - but there will be cleaner water elsewhere.
I'm packing up now.
Not quite sure where to post, but as the Pont Croesor nest is at Glaslyn I suppose it should go here. Blue 014, the resident female at Pont Croesor arrived today and met up with her mate Z2. This is the first Welsh nest to be paired up this year.
Z2 is a Dyfi bird and 014 is a translocated Poole bird.

Fantastic news Richard. I would say this is exactly where you should post it.

The widowed (I'm claiming) Stock Dove touched down for a moment only, then fluttered off. It was very dull:
It's not raining but sounds very windy - but then, the mike on this cam seems to amplify the slightest breeze.
A pair of stock doves landed on the nest around 16.00 today
Beautiful colouring.

Great catch, GLIDER, and I think that's the best light we've seen them in so far... plus it's so nice to see that there was no bereavement
I have never picked up this cam since one of the many times it went down, I shall rectify that pronto. We all must be getting a bit anxious :(((
Kind regards, Ann
