Very Sad News of The Death of Pete Dee

Thank you Tiger for being the  bearer of this sad news. It is a terrible loss and I too send sincere  condolences  to his family and friends

Condolences to his family and loved ones, and what a huge gap this is going to leave in our Osprey records - will (can?) anyone take over his so-valuable project?

Thanks, Tiger, very sad news. Condolences to his family and close friends. Like Scylla, I saw the news when reading Glaslyn chat a bit earlier today. It will be a great loss for Osprey fans--his work has been and is invaluable for many. (Perhaps there is someone who had agreed with him that they would take over the website?!)

Very sorry to hear this news, it's a great loss to the Osprey world but he leaves behind an amazing legacy.

Pete did a huge amount of work keeping his site up to date, a great loss.

Pete is one of those folk who has been around for years and is very much a part of the osprey community in all its guises.  Despite this, I know very little about him, but he will indeed be much missed by all those who consulted his excellent website.

My thoughts are with Pete's family and friends.
