Love the pics of the flowers, Lindy. The garden is still showing colour although the roses have finished for now.

I bussed into city this morn to find the last of Miss-soon-to-be-11’s birthday gift. I found 2 fiction books, one to be set aside for χmas. I already have a fact book “about every country in the world” & clothes, now to find wrapping paper. I managed find 3 books for myself!!! And a pair of shoes to replace those that fell apart the other week in the downpour in supermarket car park. I hate buying shoes as they are rarely comfortable. OH had thought to go out for lunch, but I was not surprised to see him at home when I returned; I had left him a homemade pasty.
