IMAGICAT
Beauty is in the eye of the beholder.
Oh no....
So so sad, have re watched events, she was obviously very unwell. For a while previous trying to get up whatever but from12.32-12.34 she was looking around , eyes open and closed, wings dropped, swaying back and forth, beak opening a little, fell forwards, was breathing quickly, gave a couple of little cheeps, fell onto her side and passed. It was quick and I so hope she did not suffer. Mum returned within 10 minutes or so with fish and 1C2. Feel absolutely sad, gutted, RIP our darling 1C1.
I've just watched the moment too, Catlady, a possible seizure beforehand? Devastated for everyone at LG and all who have contributed to this thread. RIP 1C1 :(
So sad to see this happening Sandra. In tears here. Nature indeed is so cruel. Thinking of all at Loch Garten, they made this new nest which was a great success, two out of 3 eggs hatched and we watched with great interest as we followed their story and now today have terrible heartache at the loss of our darling 1C1. This is such a shock for all.
