Morning ALL
Interesting no-one slept over on the nest last night
04;26 Maya arrives with a large, headless fish
and the chicks quickly follow - one
and the next crashes on top of the fish lol
and the third arrives
and Maya gets breakfish underway
one by one, after having their fill, the chicks disappear and Maya has her share
Maya then flies off leaving the fish on the nest. Couple of the chicks return and have a nibble and then fly off.
ENS only the fish remains on the nest until
05:44 33 arrives and after his entire family has been fed, collects the fish and flies off with it
ENS - the entire family are somewhere in the bay, the adults no doubt watching over the youngsters who will be flying around, exploring their surroundings and importantly building up their wing muscles.
They will pop back and forward to the nest throughout the day and we'll see the family all together later tonight for dinner.
And I'm off out too - SYL

swiftly taken by 1H1
1H2 lands on the back of the nest
33 flies off and 1H2 then takes the fish from 1H1
1H2 tucks in
then 1H3
and finally 1H1
09:38 1H3 has some more as Maya stands by waiting
and once her young have all finished, she has her share
edit:
10:10 and finally, once the entire family have been fed, 33 arrives and collects the fish
04:55 33 arrived with breakfish and quickly snatched by 1H1

couple of captures from scroll back:
04:29 33 arrived with breakfish
1H1 eats while the other two wait but it is a whopper of a fish and plenty for all the family
family then take off exploring the bay or shading themselves in the tree but 33 stays close by guarding the nest
08:58 33 arrives with a fish - 1H1 and Maya waiting
quickly taken by 1H1
09:02 something overhead bothering 1H1 and 1H2
1H3 arrives - nice to see them all together
1H1 continues to eat and 1H2 and 1H3 wait their turn
05:46 Waiting and shouting for breakfish!
06:58 still waiting
09:02 only 1H3 remains and shouting as 33 approaches with a FISH and the youngsters are following him!
the juveniles dive at 33 for the fish!
tug o fish
1H3 claims the fish
1H3 tucks in while her siblings wait their turn
09:11 1H2 now steals the fish
and she now tucks in
As expected, it is a huge fish 33 and will feed his entire family.
06:32 33 arrives with breakfish and quickly taken by 1H1
1H1 tucks in as 1H3 stands by
soon 1H2 arrives
It is a big fish, plenty to go round the whole family or perhaps not!!
07:00 1H1 moves across the nest with the fish
and then flies off with it!!
First I have seen a juvenile fly off with the fish!
1H1 did not return and there has been no further fish brought to the nest by 33.
Hopefully she held on to it but suppose this is another learning curve for the juveniles
