All quiet on the Osprey front. Mistle started gently food soliciting, then quiet, then stood up to reveal.........
,, what appeared to be a half eaten rainbow trout! No doubt Scylla will be able to get a much sharper image than me. All this happened about 5:45. It was as stiff as a board. When was that delivered?
Afrer faffing around getting images 1 of them has come back to the nest and is incubating - can't tell which.
Some people think Ospreys are a matter of life and death. I don't like that attitude. I can assure them it is much more serious than that.
Beauty is in the eye of the beholder.
11.32am Mistle found a fish tail and fed both bobbleheads, 2nd one seems quite strong already, holding its head up.
HEEYYYY! Congrats to the new couple on #2! And that is most STELLAR video, scylla. Even with a Campari to Kill Ya I wouldn't be able to see it that clearly on my video feed! (But since I have assembled my ingredients, I'm ready to toast with CRinger, 5 hrs behind!) I'm with my coffee now.

Proud dad at 10.46.
12.10 After calling for a while, Mistle flew off for a comfort break, back with small stick. Axel arrives 12.11. She would like more fish, as the bobs are popping up. Axel preens while she complains.
Catchup
Axel visited first something after 07:00 - Mistle didn't get up, so off he went and came back with a stick, which he dumped on her back and she got up - but he didn't immediately peer under her - you know how Ospreys seem to have eyes in the back of their head
(Unedited)
2-3 more visits, then:
I will be doing a video but it will be a long time coming.

Thank you, CC !!! I gather that Mistle is turning out to be a mistress feeder today, but haven't got there yet.
Here was the first fish @ 10:44, Axel stayed watching and picking at something for ages:
I shan't be around for quite a while.
