Mistle continues to call occasionally, but been quite quiet recently

I'm checking to see Mistle is back on the eggs. I'm off to a wedding this weekend. Have a good time monitoring while I am away, I'll peek in. SYAL!

The LG Goshawk got a visit from a Pine Marten last night - I wonder how far away it is?  Did they say whether there was any protection on our Osprey tree?  Obviously not for the Goshawk tree.

I haven't seen any comment that I recall, Scylla, but I sincerely hope there is. EJ had experience and could deal with such a marauder. I can't but well remember the problems that Aila had over their first couple of years until grease and protection was put up.
