Laddie (LM12) and NC0 have continued their excellent partnership from last season, not only with the incubation of their three beautiful eggs but also in defending the nest, and area, from intruding Ospreys.
During the middle of this month, all being well, we will witness three gorgeous chicks hatching and being lovingly cared for by their wonderful parents. Here’s hoping that fine weather, abundant deliveries of fish from Laddie, as well as NC0’s feeding skills, will see the little ones thrive.

Morning all,
NC0 took a comfort break at 6:22 - a good flap of her wings before leaving
She was back to the nest in under a minute
Laddie delivered a headless fish (brown trout?) at 7:36, the first I've seen him at the nest since late yesterday afternoon (unless I missed any visits)
Off to the birch
Laddie at 7:50
Off to work shortly. BFN

I'm ashamed to say that I don't know any laying dates and won't be able to find them without scrolling thru weeks of posts... so I am reliant on you good people.
No pip at the mo - I wish they'd left it on zoom while Laddie was settling, we should have seen the eggs moving close up:
Laddie is sleeping on the job ;)

This doesn't look like a pip to me, but it's an anomaly
Hi Scylla, this is a chart of the egg laying dates from the ukospreys.uk site. Hope it’s helpful. Looks like Threave next then Kielder then The Lowes, but the chicks may think otherwise! .

I've got that site open permanently for the return dates but - duh! - forgot about other info !!! Thank you, Glider.
I'm packing up now, SYAL
Dates for the laying of each egg, and other info, can be found within the Opening Paragraph on page 1 (It is, and will continue to be, updated as and when)
Today, Egg #1 is 34 days; Egg # 2 is 31 days and Egg #3 is 28 days
Many thanks for the gorgeous zooms of Laddie and the eggs!
There was another headless fish delivery from Laddie at 15:43
After leaving, she flew between the birch feeding post and the branch to the left of that and out of sight
