  OG: Hate to hear you sound so down. Is your wheelchair motorized? Do you have ramps on any steps, etc? Maybe find something funny to watch on TV to distract you.... Too many questions from me, but sending cheery thoughts your way.
  
  Facetimed my Bil in Lincolnshire this morning for his birthday. They were all eating cake out in the garden under a clear blue sky. - Lovely to see.

  Still sitting outside as it's been such a sunny afternoon- no wind here as very sheltered. My OH had to put sunblock on!
